Shortly before the demolition of the investment banking centre on the former Deutsche Bank site, property developer Groß & Partner invited potential clients who had registered interest in the approximately 250 freehold flats to be built in the FOUR skyscraper district to a pre-launch event. On 22 February 2018, on the 21st floor, the guests received an exclusive taste of the feeling of living in the skyline. At the same time, Groß & Partner introduced ZIEGERT Knight Frank Frankfurt as its exclusive sales partner at the evening event. Just under 250 guests were highly enthusiastic and can hardly wait for the sales to start officially.

The FOUR Frankfurt skyscraper district based on a proposal submitted by UNStudio is located in the heart of the city centre between Junghofstraße, Großer Gallusstraße and Neue Schlesingergasse and combines living, shopping, working and dining in a unique utilisation plan. Construction will begin in April 2018; flat reservations will be possible starting at the end of 2018.
